Handing
1.
Clean display surface gently with soft cloth or absorbent
cotton soaked with isopropyl alcohol or petroleum benzene.
2.
Avoid bending, twisting or dropping LCD as it is fragile.
3.
Do not scratch or rub display surface with pressure or hard
materials because this will damage polarizers.
4.
Prevent water drops in LCD that may causes deterioration of
polarizers.
5.
Prevent oils or fats contamination to LCD.
6.
Do not touch LCD surface directly with hands to prevent
staining the display area.
Operation
1.
Protect LCD surface with a cover during soldering to
prevent damage from flux spatters.
During soldering, do not excess iron temperature of 250℃
with less than 5 seconds.
2.
If the display area is pushed hard during operation,
display dots may be abnormal but it will be resumed once turning
off input.
3.
Adjust LCD driving voltage can get the best contrast of
display appearance.
4.
Prevent apply excess electric supply to LCD panels and
modules.
5.
Do not modify the pattern wiring and position of attached
components on PCB.
6.
Before connecting to input terminals and power on, make
sure you are grounded.
7.
Prevent working in environment that is too dry because
generation of static charge may occur.
Storage
1.
Better to keep LCD within 5℃ to
35℃ to prevent polarization degradation.
2.
Keep LCD in clean and dark place.
Do not expose them to sunlight or fluorescent light.
3.
Prevent high humidity storing environment.
Relative humidity of 40% to 60% is suitable for LCD
storage.
4.
Store LCD in anti-static polyethylene bag with sealed
opening for long time storage.
Safety
1.
Crush damaged and unused LCD into pieces and wash off
liquid crystal with ethanol or acetone.
2.
If liquid crystal accidentally leaks out of glass layers
and contact your skins or clothes, wash off the liquid crystal
with soap and water thoroughly and immediately.
